  Great location and room in the heart of Tuscany

  Liked: location, room size, comfortable, quiet. Front desk staff Adriano or Antonio?);happy hour voucher.

  Disliked: morning breakfast staff very rude. We had to leave for airport abd could not even grab pastries sitting right there because it was 7:20 instead of 730. Very unaccommodating if you have an early flight. That cost was written into rate and we were rudely turned away. While I would understand if it was a restaurant, but this is simply for hotel guests. Also, take a taxi. Hard to find.

  Amazing!

  Liked: The breakfast was great! The staff were better! They were all so friendly and accommodating. Every question we had was answered, every need was taken care of - it even felt as if they were fighting over who could help us first. Top notch!

  Disliked: The shower leaked and the ac did cool well but it was all ok.

  Ponte Vecchio Suites is an excellent small boutique hotel. We highly recommend it!

  Liked: The location is perfect. The hotel is only about 2 blocks from the Ponte Vecchio bridge. We were easily able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It is close to excellent restaurants and shopping. The hotel is small with only about 14 rooms on 2 floors. The rooms were very large and both comfortable and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed having space to just sit and unwind at the end of the day. Breakfast was also excellent serving a combination of continental buffet and a small selection of made to order items (eggs, etc).

  Disliked: The hotel is small so there is not a bar or restaurant on site, but they do run a nice happy hour every day. There are plenty of close shops and restaurants nearby to buy something for your room. There is an excellent wine shop around the corner!
