  Our first stay in Florence didn’t disappoint, we will be back, city and accomodation

  Pleasant, simple, and an all around great value

  Liked: The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location is great and we had everything we needed.

  Disliked: The only thing we didn’t like is you can very easily hear other guests through the walls. There is very little sound proofing.

  Liked: Excellent location, very new and clean, feels upscale and is very spacious. Fourth floor with balcony facing the street is sunny all day and feels like home.

  Liked: Fantastic place to stay. Clean, comfy beds, super quiet. Literally 1 minute away from the river and most of the main things in Florence. 10 min walk to the train station. Staff was super nice. Would stay here again

  Brilliant stay in a brilliant location

  Liked: We loved the chilled feel to the property. Staff were lovely and bed was sooo comfortable.

  Lovely hotel location lacking personal care amenities

  Liked: The hotel had a quiet, homey vibe. The small but delightful roof deck was a bonus, and our room's size was generous given the price. The location was also exceptional, because it allowed for access to shopping, restaurants, and attractions while providing a respite from the crowds.

  Disliked: The amenities for this property did not live up to the guest ratings and comments. For the price and ratings, we expected small but important luxuries like muffins/pastries NOT enclosed in plastic, hand lotion, bidet soap/or a location for soap/towel etc, and more toilet paper. There were no tissues in this hotel which we found unacceptable. Other similarly priced locations have far more luxury soaps etc. There was shampoo, but no conditioner. While these may seem like small items, they add up for travelers flying in from distant locations.
