very useful, if travelling by train. But partly dodgy

Liked: Close to station but area dodgy adjust dark

Disliked: For us, being over 70 years, suitcases were an issue. Everyday use of stairs, no problem. As it was so hot it was fantastic to have air conditioning

Horrible. Host is a liar and you will end up on the street and wud lose your money you used to book this property

Liked: I had informed the host i would be delayed due to the train i missed from Zurich to milan and from there to florence. He told me to reach at 11 pm and i managed to run with my bags and child to the property and managed to reach at 11 pm sharp. At 10 pm i tried calling the host on his mobile to inform i will reach on time but he never answered my calls. He had switched off his mobile so my watsapp msgs were not reachable to him. He told me apartment number is 7 in his msg first but at 11 pm when i reached there he sent another mag saying its not 7 and its 13. I texted him to open the door at 11 pm for my check in but he said he is already in the train station which is 10 mins from the house. I have proofs of all the msgs sent to him. He had told me he will be at the property until 11 pm and when i was there at sharp 11 pm how can he be in the station which is 10 mins walking from his property?? Being a lady I was with my child alone in the street that night and managed to get a room in hotel Atlantic. Please do not book this property. The host is rude and is a liar. He had already left the property at 10 pm. I had asked him if i can collect the keys the next day morning and he said not possible. Its always better to stay in hotels as the check in can be done even if you get delayed due to unforeseen situations like what happened to me. I lost 2200 AED for this booking without staying in the property. Such air bnb properties are run only for money. They do not consider the guest issues and delays and this host left a lady and her child alone in the street without considering how we will manage in florence when i had told him i am visiting the place for the first time in my life. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. YOU WILL END UP IN THE STREET.
