  Lovely place with warm and wonderful staff in the heart of Florence

  Liked: We loved this hotel! The staff is wonderful - super friendly and helpful. Outstanding breakfasts. The hotel is ideally located. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Absolutely loved it and would definitely book again.

  Liked: Location in Florence is perfect. Very centrally located. Breakfast was lovely. Clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating,

  Disliked: Very difficult to find so we wasted a great deal of time walking up and back, asking people who had no idea of where it was. Part of the problem is that Booking didn't identify it as a Bed and Breakfast so we were looking for a small hotel, not a doorbell. I recommend providing specific instructions as to the location of the door. Maybe say it's next to the sandwich shop with a line and it's a wooden door with a doorbell. Also, didn't love the shower being in the bedroom. No particular reason, it was just a bit odd.
