  Great option in Florence

Liked: Great location in walking distance from Train station, quiet, clean room, comfy beds. Looked like the photos. Friendly and responsive desk staff. No issues. We had a large room with a kitchen and loft with a couch.

Disliked: We would have appreciated a larger TV with more English language stations.

Great location but internal noises are really loud

Liked: The room was large and it had appropriate appliances. Initial staff just fine. Security is good.

Disliked: Walls are paper thin. I felt like my neighbors were actually in my room. The hotel is in a busy part of town, so I am always trying to be sure it is insulated from the ambient noise. I haven't stayed in a place with such interior noise for many years.

Liked: The location was near everything, in the heart of the eateries, shops, sights and train station. The security was excellent, I felt very safe here. The kitchen area was perfect, the room was spacious and comfortable.
