Historic Sanctuary in the heart of Firenze

Liked: The location is superb, a stones throw from the Academia Museum and several other world famous sites. Even though you're right by a bustling, busy tourist area, the hotel is a quiet sanctuary, you'd never know! The staff are very friendly, helpful and informative, and the property was charming and is itself a piece of Florentine history. My room was immaculate, spacious and very comfortable. I would happily recommend this to all, and would certainly stay again.

Disliked: Nothing at all, top marks.

  Zero sleep, vacation ruined

  Liked: The location.

Disliked: The mosquitos, the terrible mattress, the non functional air conditioner (which I reported to no avail)
