  Loved everything about it

  Liked: Everyone was so friendly, beautiful place very clean felt like we were in our own little world, and we were there for our honeymoon and they decorated our room for honeymoon it was very sweet of them.

  Beautiful boutique hotel, wonderful staff and good breakfast. Would highly recommend 😀

  Liked: Excellent staff, very friendly and polite. Very helpful with gluten free diet (thank you Rosa). Convenient location (out of Florence centre) with regular trams into the centre. Romantic setting and very peaceful.

  A little hidden gem, great value for money & relaxing!

  Liked: Riva Lofts is like a little hidden oasis in Florence. We only stayed here for one night as we were passing through florence but had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and accomodating, the rooms were super fresh, modern and clean. The bathroom was very nice. The breakfast was increadible, one of the best we’ve had during our three weeks in Italy. From the interiors, to the music and the breakfast spread in itself - we didn’t miss a single thing and the lady making it was so sweet. In the common area they also had a trust system for drinks and snacks which we LOVED. We didn’t need anything so didn’t use it but it was a very nice touch and had we stayed for longer I’m sure we would’ve enjoyed a glas of wine and played some cards games or similar after a dinner in the city.

  Disliked: The property is a bit outside of Florence. We were recommended to take the tram 10 mins to santa maria novella but decided to walk instead. It took us about 30 mins to reach the city center and it wasn’t the nicest neighborhood to walk through. I’m sure it’s a safe area but we took a taxi back in the evening.

  Florence little hidden gem

  Liked: I love everything about this property, the villa is spectacular, the outdoor area with pool is beautiful and full of trees and makes it perfect to escape the heat. Staff is delightful and the breakfast delicious. The photos don't make justice to this peace of paradise in Florence. Just a tram away from busy city centre. I highly rate and recommend this property. Thank you.
