Great hotel in a great location

Liked: Great location and staff. great breakfast every morning. very comfortable beds and pillows! All major monuments and landmarks were within walking distance - max 15 min radius. Loads of very good restaurantes locally also.

Disliked: learning it would have been 10-15% cheaper to book directly

Liked: The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent, with a great selection to start the day. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The train station is also within walking distance, which was very convenient for our travels. The laundry facilities are located in the same building, at the far end, which was another useful amenity. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence.
