Liked: Staff is there to meet you personally Furnished to a high standard Within good walking distance of the Galleria Del Accademia, the Duomo, Firenze S M N Station

Disliked: My room looked over the rooftops, busy streets and along to the Duomo which was lovely and atmospheric, but it also meant hearing the noise of many food delivery drivers so had to shut the window to sleep, easy solution.
