Very good
Great for a few nights
Liked: Close to the station and comfy beds
Great location and very clean
Liked: The location The cleanness Comfortable
Disliked: The stairs
Liked: Very convenient location close to Santa Maria Novella train station. The facilities were new, clean and classy. It is an automated check in but the hosts were very responsive via messages and gave clear check in instructions.
Disliked: I had seen the notes about the stairs and lack of elevator and booked knowing this thinking that I am young and fit - I’ll tell you it is a fitness challenge getting up there with bags!!
Liked: Great location close to the train station. Room was very modern, clean, quiet, and comfortable. AC unit was amazing in the Florence heat. Would definitely recommend!
Disliked: Nothing bad to say!
The location pays off
Liked: The location is the big deal on this property.
Disliked: The instructions to find the property.
Liked: Everything was perfect. The location was excellent, close to everything I needed. The only thing to keep in mind is that there are quite a few stairs, which made it a bit challenging with heavy luggage. Still, it was totally worth it.
