Liked: had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Florence! The location is excellent, within walking distance of almost everything you need. The hotel is lovely, and the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They take the time to explain everything to guests, offer recommendations, and make sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness and hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence!

  Great 2 days in Firenzia!

Liked: It was centrally located. It seemed secure. We paid extra for larger room.

Disliked: It smelled a bit funny. The tv was tiny. Bed and pillows not comfortable.

Great location for rail station and sites

Liked: Ideal location for train journeys incl day trip to Siena. 2 mins from main food market and the breakfast cafe (which is lovely), only a further 10 minutes to central sites. Very clean facilities and friendly staff.

Disliked: Noise from road (we knew that when booking but be aware)

Liked: Location is super central. Check in was smooth and we got unlimited complimentary water, which was a nice gesture.

Disliked: A faint musky smell is prominent throughout the property. I assume this is to be expected in older buildings. All in all it was okay.

  Lovely. Friendly. Clean. Enjoyable

Liked: The location, the rooms, the staff are all incredible. The hotel is very clean and well maintained and I absolutely love the manager!

Disliked: My only complaint is the shower. It’s extremely small and I barely fit in there. That’s literally My only problem with my stay.
