Perfect location: one can walk to most “must see locations” and close to railway station for day trips

  Liked: Exceptionally friendly staff

Just not a great place to stay

Disliked: Extremely small area at entrance. Stairs are dangerous. Motion lights on stairs were horrible. If one person moved at night near the stairway it would trigger it.

Great plan to return for another visit in Florence!

Liked: We loved staying here: smooth check-in and check-out, strong water pressure and internet signal, hot shower just like the way we expected, great communication via What’s App, clean and sensibly decorated room with the GREAT view of the city, not to mention the convenience proximity from and to the train station. Also appreciated the water and snacks that were included in our stay. They also responsibly stored our luggage and bags until we headed to the train station.

Disliked: It’s located in a heavily touristy area, so be aware of your own safety in the area. Soggiorno Rubino itself was a very safely secured place.
