Liked: Room lovely clean and spacious. Staff very pleasant. Tram stop right outside the door. Convenient. We were so thrilled to get to stay there as the hotel we had booked and paid for was an absolute dump and we were scrambling to find somewhere on the Friday and Saturday night as we were touring Italy and in Florence.

  Disliked: Nothing

Perfect for our stay. Very comfortable. Great place from which to get into Florence

Liked: Modern, spacious and very clean. Helpful staff apart from when we asked for a couple more t bags. We supplied our own milk. Comfy bedroom and bathroom. Great turn down service. Wonderful breakfast with so much delicious food to choose from.

Disliked: Only two tea bags in the room and we were not allowed any more. We were there for two nights!!!

Liked: The property was really nice, but the location was strange. And the hotel was basically deserted. But it was near the airport, which is what we needed.
