  A Ok with room for improvement. Not all of your guests are going to be young students

  Liked: I like that they are very conscious about how much water is used in showers, etc. However, I found the shower floor to be extremely slippery. I did not fall but I can understand how someone could and that could also end up in a lawsuit. I did mention this to management and was told they follow the guidelines provided to them. When I was at the Radisson Blu in Manchester, they had a shower mat rolled up and held by a rubber band to use in the shower. I think this would be a very small investment on behalf of this property to insure there are no slip and falls in the shower.

  Disliked: My fridge didn't work. I was "upgraded" a room and that fridge didn't work either. Who signs off on these rooms before making them available? My bedside lamp also did not work. The prongs were bent and couldn't fit into the holes.

Good to know

The credit card used for the booking should be shown upon check-in.

- Access to swimming pool is limited to 2 hours/day maximum and reservation for sunbed have to be made in advance to the reception.

- Once the swimming pool area have reached maximum capacity in order to allow safe social distance, we cannot guarantee the possibility to reserve a place a such day and time.

Usually, the pool is open in the summer months until mid-afternoon, but availability depends on weather conditions, which unfortunately we cannot predict! If the use of the pool is essential for your stay with us, we recommend that you contact our Reception before booking your room.

During peak periods, reservations are required to use the pool. Reservations are divided into fixed time slots and include a maximum 15-minute delay. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the reservation time or do not show up, it will be considered a "no-show" and your seat may be allocated to people physically waiting at the Rooftop.

Please note: a €50 pre-authorization will be placed on your card at check-in to cover any potential incidentals. This amount is temporarily reserved and will be released after your stay.Swimming pool: Closed from Thu, Oct 1, 2026 until Fri, Apr 30, 2027
