  Fantastic stay in a lovely apartment with great amenities, 10 minute taxi from the centre

  Liked: We loved the size of the apartment, the pool and bar was fa tasting with amazing sun loungers, very few people using it and extremely clean. Bar staff were very helpful and friendly. It was about a 40 minute walk to the centre of Florence and although when we went it was very hot, if it was a little cooler we would have done it more as it was an easy walk. We took taxi’s back from the station taxi rank which cost about €20 and took about 10-15 minutes to get home. There is a coop just around the corner that you can walk to and had everything you needed.

  Disliked: We had the breakfast on the last day which was ok. Some improvements could be some more cereals, some brown bread and some different options on the eggs (poached or fried for example).

  V comfortable apartment with fab pool and facilities perfect to enjoy Florence!

  Liked: These apartments are situated in a bigger hotel complex the NIL hotel. This meant excellent staffing at reception, a fully functioning bar, restaurant gym and pool. I arrived without luggage for first 24 hours and reception really helped me with a charger and ordering taxis etc Big thanks to them! The apartments looked brand newly renovated in a big old Italian style villa. They were v spacious and comfortable with two large double rooms a bathroom and kitchen/lounge area. The area is near the university, there is ample car parking and local supermarket, and shops/cafes if you need them. It feels like you are part of real Lforence not the central tourist zone!

  Disliked: I have v little criticism of the apartments other than the kitchen could have been better equipped, no chopping board, wine glasses, stuff to do washing up ( had to buy liquid, scrub cloth etc) Nowhere to wash clothes in the apartment though you could use a room in the hotel to iron! The apartments are not central. To get into central Florence you do need to walk and catch the T2 tram. This takes around 20 mins to walk and another 10-15 travel time. There are buses closer which we found were less frequent and took much longer!

  Very good place to stay

  Liked: I stayed here while attending training at the Baker Hughes Training Center, which is very close to the apartment. It’s about a 15-minute walk (1.1 km) to the Novoli – Regione Toscana tram station. It’s very nice to stay in an apartment instead of a hotel room. The cleaning service twice a week is excellent. The kitchen is well equipped with a two-burner cooktop, cooking utensils, and a medium-sized fridge with a small freezer. There’s also a nice table to sit and enjoy your meals.

  Disliked: I would like to share a few observations about the apartment: The apartment should be equipped with wine glasses, but none are available at the moment. There is no dish soap or sponge for washing small items, which would be very useful. The curtain is transparent at night, allowing people outside to see inside the apartment, which affects privacy.
