  Liked: Our stay at Villa Neroli was wonderful! The hotel was beautiful, the cleanliness was excellent, and the staff was outstanding, very attentive, friendly, and professional. My wife and I had a fantastic time during our three-day stay. We truly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. 10 out of 10! We would definitely love to come back.

  Liked: We had a truly fantastic stay! This hotel is the perfect spot if you prefer not to stay directly in the busy center of Florence, yet want quick and easy access to the city via the nearby bus. Taxis were also very reasonably priced. We were highly impressed by the brand-new, beautifully and tastefully decorated rooms, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Having a comfortable, private parking space was a huge plus for us, and the fact that the property is pet-friendly made our trip complete. Highly recommended!

  Disliked: There is absolutely nothing to complain about. We loved everything and would definitely come back!

  Extremely elegant countryside hotel, with a price tag to match. Breakfast buffet is excellent!

  Liked: Rooms were quite luxurious, and the breakfast buffet was over the top!

  Disliked: Two things that were notable are the exorbitant price and the distance from the center of town, requiring taxi ride to all locations of interest to our group of tourists.

  Liked: This property chain is all around exceptional. The atmosphere, grounds, dining, rooms, staff are all best in class. We liked it so well we moved to sister property as next stop. Will definitely stay in this chain again hands down.
