  Liked: It has everything you need and is a good location, 20 min walk to main attraction like Santa Maria del Fiore or Palazzo Vecchio.

  Hotel was great

  Liked: I travel a lot and never saw and book a hotel with room and external bathroom. I even didn’t know they still existed. I was in a shock when i got there.

  Excellent value for money, great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and comfortable large room. Will defin

  Liked: Great location close to centre and on quiet square, not disturbed by traffic or people. Our rooms were in the basement but huge rooms and beds more than made up for the lack of view. Walking back to hotel for breakfast wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was fantastic with cold and hot food. Pool was great and towels provided really helpful Staff were attentive and knowledgeable, so helpful and friendly. Communication online before hand was excellent.

  Disliked: Bathroom was alittle small for sharing between 4 and shower could do with being bigger

  Fantastic spacious apartment

  Liked: The apartment was fantastic, great space, huge comfortable beds, huge kitchen area, loved the old features in it but all modernised.

  Florence is beautiful. Good location for the conference centre and the room was functional

  Liked: Good location for the conference centre and trams (10 mins walk). Quiet location in a nice square about 15 minutes walk from the Duomo. Large room, comfortable bed, passable shower although tepid water on Saturday. I was cold at night with no extra blankets available in the room. The Reception is at the Villa Royal Hotel about 6-7 minute walk round the corner. Staff were very pleasant. Good security - I needed 3 keys and an electronic key fob to get into my room.

  Disliked: Pretty basic amenities in the room. As above, lukewarm shower on Saturday. Strange open wardrobe in a side room with a kettle in it and a boiler and window behind it The safe for valuables was tiny and completely detached at the bottom of the 'wardrobe' so could have been easily picked up and carried out of the room rendering it utterly useless.

  we were contented to stay

  Liked: The Staff assistance was on the high-end level. They were very helpfull and naturaly kind. I appreciate that very much. I'd gave them a rise of a sallary if it was dependent on me. The venue is great to see Florence and the apartament is near train station and the city center. Thank you for your hospitality.

  Disliked: There are small things that I could count in but hanger in the bathroom is not the key point. I think men dressing-gove should have been bigger size. I am 6 ft 9 inch so it was way to small for me alone. For my life it was perfect in size.
