Guest reviews
Fabulous
Liked: Host was very accommodating and the facility is very bicycle friendly. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: The room balcony facing the water has zero privacy from neighbouring suites and the neighbour's TV sounded like it was in my room. Very strong smell of cleaning agents used to prepare the room between quests.
Recommended for location and comfort
Liked: Excellent location and a brilliant room. Extra touches with mini bar and bike hire were great.
Disliked: Access to lake was difficult. Needed to walk along front for easier entry.
Liked: The staff was great and very kind. The rooms were beautiful, clean and proper. The massage and spa service too were very nice.
Perfect location
Liked: Hotel staff were very welcoming and efficient. The free use of bikes and sunbeds was a fabulous bonus. The hotel is well furnished and decorated and breakfast offered a good variety of options. The location on the lake was perfect and within easy reach, by bicycle, to Lazize and Bardolino.
Good location

Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Wow, what a palatial room, 105, fantastic, with views of the lake too. The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful, a great asset to the hotel
