  Fantastic pools, great for the kids, lovely new apartment with good air con

  Liked: We were put in their adjoining property which seemed brand new, everything was very modern and clean. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living area. Good shower pressure and temperature. Nice balcony. The pools were amazing, slides were so much fun for the kids, both pools are quite large so not crowded at all. Lots of sun loungers. The grounds are maintained well and nice gardens. Easy parking underground with a dedicated parking space for your apartment. The kids gave it a 10/10 and won’t to come back! Short drive to different towns and many attractions, we went to the Canveva Aqua park and that was great fun and not busy considering it was end of August. Easy walk to a small supermarket that was very reasonably priced.

  Perfect little getaway

  Liked: We had a great time with our twin 9 year olds and 2 year old. They played endlessly with the slides, pool, ping pong table and playground. Food was great. Apartment was the perfect size.

  Disliked: I’m personally just not a fan of allowing smoking inside the pool area with all those kids running around. Smoke somewhere else.

  Liked: Very nice and lovely residence place. 1. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. 2. The kitchen had everything we needed. 3. The balcony has a pool view, and the pool is a few steps away from the apartment. 4. The location is incredibly convenient for lake Garda sightseeing and also for groceries. 5. We also use the public washing machine.

  Pleasant, comfortable stay

  Liked: We stayed for three nights as a family of four in a one‑bedroom apartment. The room was comfortable and offered plenty of space for all of us. The pool area was excellent — our kids absolutely loved the slides — and the bar had a good selection of food and drinks, which made things easy. A special mention to the lovely lady at reception, who was warm, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.

  Disliked: The only downside, which isn’t directly the residence’s fault, was the noise. Being on the ground floor meant we heard constant banging, chairs moving, and general noise from the apartment above. Unfortunately, we didn’t get much sleep during our stay, especially as the hotel was fully booked. A small suggestion for the owners: it might help to allocate families with young children to ground‑floor apartments. The building isn’t very soundproof, so even normal movement upstairs carries through quite loudly. For the price we paid, we would have hoped for at least one quiet night of sleep. We would still recommend staying here — the facilities and staff were lovely — but we would probably try a different place next time for better rest.
