Liked: Breakfast was amazing. Beautiful room, wellness, the bar...very beautiful hotel.

Disliked: CLEANING: It wasn't good at all: only the sheets were clean, everything else-catastrophy. The floor wasn't vacuumed not even at the time of the arrival, in the bathroom you could see, that in wasn't mopped up (the tiles on the floor weren't cleaned), the toilet also-uncleaned, it had a hard smell of an old urine-catastrophy. The blanket in baby bed had a very strong smell of puke.

Liked: The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Swimming pool area is also very convenient, especially with kids. Restaurant dinner, lunch, breakfast options are very good. Reception area is very welcoming. It has also a play area with billiard and baby foot, super nice! It was a rely good experience overall, with few minor things to perhaps look at. Very good location, close to Gardaland:)

Disliked: 1. In one of the days, there was a child (perhapa 9-10 years old) alone in the swimming pool, even though on the poster with rules it clearly says children should be always supervised by an adult. I highlighted this to 2 separate staff members who assured me that the child has parents somewhere and he paid for the hotel. Apoarently his mother was at a conference full day in the hotel. That was not my concern. But the fact that it is dangerous to leave a child alone in the swimming pool:( luckily the boy knew where to stay in the water and did not do anything dangerous, but you never know what might not happen and it only takes few moments to drown 😞 2. During a lunch I had there, I was charged one extra portion of pasta. I highlighted this and it got removed. I would not have mentioned this alone if it weren't also for point 3. 3. At our checkout, we were asked to pay 18 euros extra for some drinks we had at the bar that were charged to our room. We never had those drinks and I did not see any signature on the bill that was showed. The staff decided to just cancel the bill when we explained it's not ours, but I found it weird, we never encountered something like this in other hotels. Perhaps ww just had a bit of bad luck (which is perfectly understandable) but i wanted to highlight these situations just for your awareness. Overall the place is very nice so it would be a pitty to not continue great service. Thank you for reading and have a great day

Disliked: We checked in at 2:00 PM to what can only be described as a mosquito massacre. Dozens of dead mosquitoes were smashed across the walls with bloodstains, swarms of live ones were flying around, and dirty towels covered in mosquito corpses were left scattered around the room. The management is clearly aware of the infestation since an electric repellent was plugged into the wall, yet housekeeping apparently resolves it by swatting them with guest towels and leaving the mess behind. We immediately reported this to the front desk and were promised the room would be thoroughly cleaned and treated. We returned at 8:00 PM-six hours later-only to find that absolutely nobody had entered the room, and the situation was even worse. When we asked for a resolution, the front desk agent offered to move us into a room where another guest had just arrived, walked in, and immediately checked right back out because it was infested with ants. Offering a room that someone literally just fled due to pests, as if trading mosquitoes for ants was a reasonable fix, was absurd. We were eventually moved to a different room, but the staff acted hostile, visibly annoyed, and treated us as if basic hygiene was an unreasonable demand and they were doing us a massive favor. When I asked for the agent’s name, she sneered: "Write whatever review you want!" So here it is. My very first review on this platform is dedicated entirely to this experience. While the room conditions were atrocious, the front desk's appalling, disrespectful attitude was far worse than the insect problem itself. Look elsewhere.
