  Nice location staff okay but it’s not really a Hotel. It’s some Rooms stuck on the back of a very very good restaurant

  Liked: Amazing location right in the seafront

  Disliked: Entrance to the hotel is there a side gate that leads you more or less to the side of the Kitchens and the staircase up to not very good reception? Everything was fine apart from a night about 5 o’clock in the morning every night a machine starts running in the roof forward of our room. We did mention it to reception but got a cold shoulder. No one cared. I think it’s to do with the Kitchens maybe the extraction when they fire things up there but it should not be there and it should not be in a guest room Not very happy, really no sleep

  Classique was our favourite stay as we travelled through Italy, lots of happy memories made!

  Liked: It’s a beautiful oasis, well managed, spotlessly clean and in the best position in town.

  Liked: The view and location were perfect. The pool was nice.

  Disliked: Our air conditioning didn’t work the first night AT ALL. No one was ever at the check in desk and the wait staff were the only people around to ask for help. Our room was over 88 degrees AT NIGHT. They would not give us another room, and don’t even have a fan they would give us- so my husband went to the bar in the evening and unplugged their fan and took it for our room. Our family of 4 had to sleep in one bed so we could all share the single fan. They fixed the air mid day on day two. Our refrigerator in the room also did not work and they simply told us “too bad”. The room looked nothing like the photos on booking, the bathroom was gross, the floor never felt quite clean. There was almost never anyone at the reception desk, or they were hiding from us, I’m not sure which.
