Very good
Liked: Amazing room, close to a lot of things shops restaurants etc. The room was neat and very clean just like on the photos. Very nice 👌🏽 it was perfect
Disliked: To get inside is a bit tricky. There is no reception, you need to ask for help from the people close by the restaurant, once you are inside to locate the room is a bit complex. Other than that everything was good
Outstanding stay (except the A/C)
Liked: Lovely apt - everything was perfect, except the A/Cwhich did not work. I flagged the matter to the host who replied immediately and was beyond wonderful. He allowed us to utilize another room with functioning A/C, which allowed some relief. With a full functioning A/C this is a stellar place where I would undoubtedly return.
Disliked: A/C was not working but the host found a solution
Overall, we had mixed feelings, the basics were good, but the follow-up could have been much better
Liked: The stay had several good points. The location was excellent, very central, with everything within walking distance. We also really appreciated the clear and helpful information provided before our arrival.
Disliked: What we found disappointing was that we reported the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, but unfortunately, we never received any follow-up or response. This was especially inconvenient given the warm weather.
Very central, clean and safe apartment
Liked: This apartment is in a great location, very central to Livorno. Easy to get from the train station by bus and a short Uber ride to the port. Tommaso, the host, was very helpful in sending the details for accessing the apartment and the apartment is very clean and perfect for the night we stayed.
Disliked: The shower is quite small but good water pressure. There was a lot of noise from the street until around midnight and a dog next door that barked a couple of times during the night but overall, for the night we required, it was great.
