  Liked: The hotel view was amazing, and the pool was nice. Free parking was a great plus. It’s an adults-only hotel with live music, and the staff was very friendly.

  Disliked: The room had mold on the walls. It was our anniversary, but they didn’t do anything special, even though we had informed them in advance. There was also no coffee machine or water heater in the room.

  Liked: standard room we got was fantastic as we had ana amazing mountain view and partial view of the lake. dont really need lake view from your room as everywhere you go in the hotel has a breaktaking view of the lake and surroundings.

  Disliked: dinner was too fancy and a little pretentious. its 50 euro PP and its fancy food, I get it since its a luxury hotel but it'd be nice if they had a more simple menu as we were hoping for.

  Best views of Lake Garda

  Liked: Amazing location and the pool was perfect. Particular praise for the staff at the pool bar - they made it a great experience. Junior Suite room was massive and excellent view from the balcony. Good breakfast - excellent coffee

  Disliked: Bad experience with the massage service associated with the hotel. Cancelled one day then turned up late the next. Not to the standard of the rest of the hotel service.
