Disliked: When we arrived, I didn't know if these were some kind of ruins or an abandoned building or if someone was going to rob me. The whole building is falling apart, literally. Even though we announced our arrival time (we were met by a gentleman who didn't speak a word of English), it didn't cross his mind to at least turn on the air conditioning beforehand. It was 30.8°C in the room when we arrived at 7 PM (beginning of September). The rooms are shabby, with dirty walls, and the AC rattles like it's going to collapse any second. The bathroom: at first glance and in the posted photos it looks fine. In reality, there is a lot of limescale on the counter (which gives me the feeling that cleaning here is very sloppy), and to top it all off: you get in the shower and the water smells strongly of old, rusty pipes. All of this before you even go to sleep. Sleep: the bed seems okay at first, but you quickly sink into it and it becomes uncomfortable. The sheets are synthetic, hot, and make you sweat a lot. The AC rattles quite a bit even on lower settings. At 5 AM, some pump on the building started making noise, which woke up both my wife and me (I was already awake between 1 AM and 3 AM anyway, as I couldn't manage to sleep). On top of that, the thermometer said the room only managed to "cool down" to 28.4°C over the entire night. Breakfast: I don't know, we left right away at 6 AM because we couldn't take it anymore.

Great service
Liked: The host was extremely kind and helpful, with excellent communication throughout our stay. He went above and beyond by arranging parking for our large vehicle right next to the apartment and even accommodated a late check-in. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Despite being located near a busy road, the room was very quiet, and we experienced no noise at all. Overall, it was great value for money, and we would highly recommend staying here.
Liked: Everything was excellent. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Good overnight spot if you have a car and can drive at night
Liked: Parking was convenient. Staff were friendly. Good breakfast.
Disliked: We wanted to leave the car and walk to dinner, but was unsure about walking around the neighbourhood at night.
