  Absolutely wonderful service and a comfortable room

  Liked: Our trip to Messina was short-circuited by United Airlines and we were unsure about our arrival time and that caused some stress. When we got there, however, we were met by one of the most gracious and pleasant people we encountered on our entire vacation. She was patient and helpful and I can't say enough about her services. Breakfast was brought to our room in the morning, which was an attractive efficiency unit that we could have stayed in long term. The building was charming and I would have enjoyed an extra day or two there. There were restaurants within walking distance.

  Disliked: If you have trouble finding a taxi, the hike from the train station is a bit of a haul, but the view makes up for it.

  Liked: Great quiet spot. Easy to find car parks near the accomodation. The accodation was very central to everywhere we needed yo go.

  Liked: Absolutely everything. The staff was fantastic and very accommodating. The room was comfortable, silent, clean and very spacious. The bed was super comfortable and the balcony provided a perfect place to have breakfast in the mornings.

  Liked: Clean, good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast.

  Disliked: The staff didn’t relay that some of the expensive excursions were available by taking very cheap public transport with much lesser participation costs at the actual sites.

  Outstanding. Would definitely stay there again

  Liked: Room was very spacious, modern and clean. Staff very friendly and accommodating. On final day they very kindly stored my bag until late afternoon. Breakfast very good and on time.

  Disliked: Was a little out of the centre but I knew that when I booked.
