  Wonderful

Liked: Breakfast was superb. Room was elegant, spacious and comfortable. Staff especially Jenny and Leo ( working with Jenny both days) were so helpful, polite and respectful. They couldn't do enough for us. They have is sightseeing tips, advice on transport, helped with everything. Nothing was too much and they did it all with a smile.

Liked: The hotel can be found in a calm square of Milan, 3 min walk from the M1 metro Gambara station. The hotel well equiped, clean, a perfect place to stay a couple of days. The breakfast room on the 5th floor, with a beautifull view, nice interieur and a good quality of food. My daughter needs gluten free food, Stefano and the rest of the service group did everything to help us. They were kind, trying to make our stay unforgetable. The people at the gate, especially Jenny, and the barman Francesco were really kind, we felt ourselves part of a family. It was a great experience!

Liked: All the hotel staff were very pleasant, helpful, and professional. The breakfasts were delicious. The receptionist with the curly hair—absolutely out of this world. Amazing.

Nice and welcoming. Clean rooms. Good breakfast

Liked: The staff was wonderful. Specially at the reception was Bassel. We arrived late at night. We couldn't find a parking spot in the street. So he offered us free parking for the night. He even upgraded our room without us asking. Also was Francesco a wonderful barman. Thanks
