  Likely to come back again

Liked: Second time, great location, very comfortable room.

Disliked: It’s a bit strange that you can’t control the air conditioner in the room and that it was still set on cold, even though we would’ve liked to change it to heat and couldn’t even when we asked because it was at the season..

  Great Hotel！

Liked: An excellent hotel—it’s very well-located, being extremely close to the metro station and within convenient walking distance of the city center. The staff also provide high-quality service; for instance, they even delivered our stored luggage directly to our room. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Milan.

  Disliked: Great
