An Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommend!

Liked: We loved our stay at IQ Hotel Milano! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. Our room was beautiful, luxurious and very comfortable, with bathroom essentials and complimentary drinks, juices and snacks replenished daily. We also enjoyed complimentary drinks at the rooftop bar, which was a lovely touch! The breakfast was outstanding, with an excellent variety of fresh, delicious, high-quality food. The location was perfect, just a 3 minute walk from Milano Centrale station, making it easy to explore Milan and take day trips. The staff packed us a takeaway breakfast as we had an early checkout. Such exceptional hospitality and attention to detail! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return whenever we are in Milan. Highly recommended!

Disliked: Nothing at all! Everything was excellent, and we couldn't fault our stay.

Great staff, location & food; but basic comfort necessities were lacking

Liked: Very nice hotel. Clean with a great staff.

Disliked: Beds were very hard. Pillows were very uncomfortable. The rumbling of the subway was often felt while resting or sleeping.
