Exceptional
Liked: Excellent breakfast
A pleasant stay with excellent service and a great location, but some room for improvement
Liked: Clean rooms, great location, and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, especially the reception team and Julia from housekeeping (if I remember her name correctly).
Disliked: Room rates could be more competitive to offer better value for money. Mosquitoes in the rooms were also an issue, and plug-in mosquito repellents or other effective preventive measures could used
Liked: My go to hotel in Milan. Stayed here several times. It's value proposition is clear. Its magical location next to one of the most beautiful shopping galleria in the world and of course, the Duomo. Room Mate wrapped it in chic and kept it well over the years. Very impressive.
