  It was a great week long home base for our exploration of the Monopoli area! We’d stay here again 🥰

  Liked: Great location outside of the historic center, easy walking distance to train, centro storico and beaches Spacious for 2 people, comfortable typical Italian mattress. Great renovated bathroom with wonderfully large shower, much bigger than typical Italian showers. The balcony is spacious and a perfect spot to watch the boats in the distance. The hosts were very helpful and greeted us at arrival. There are nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Kitchen is fairly well equipped for our week long stay. The weekly market on Tuesday on the street below was bigger than expected and very helpful!

  Disliked: The street intersection overlooked by the balcony and bedroom windows can get a little loud with motociclette and scooter noise. Shutting all the windows helps but restricts air flow.

  Look rage appt in safe area with parking

  Liked: Large appt that enabled three people to have two rooms. Very clean and presentable. Parking outside on a Sunday but moved car in the evening to a free parking side street.

  Disliked: 20 min walk into Monopoli. Safe route, all ok just mentioning it for those who may not be able to walk a long way. We were fine!

  Liked: The accommodation was spotless and ideally situated close to the coast. We had a wonderful time during our stay. We highly enjoyed our time there because the property was immaculate and perfectly located near the beach.

  Liked: The place was amazing. Free parking. Close to the centre. Clean and cosy. We had breakfast on the balcony, in the sun, it was such a treat!

  Disliked: We had to wait for the host 20mn outside to enter.

  Liked: Big and clean apartman with a balcony. We had a view and a lift in the building.

  Disliked: The apartman is a bit far from the center, you have to walk a lot. There were a lot of cupboards but they were either full or closed, so we had not much place to put our clothes ( we were 4 with kids). The coffee maschine was not working, and we did not bring ours.
