  Close to the beach and just outside the busy center which is great

  Liked: Modern and new apartment just outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown monopoli. A lot of natural light and spacious. Shout out to Simona taking great care of us and setting up breakfast in the varanda. Emilia is great answering messages and making arrival very smooth. Plenty of free parking spaces in front of the apartment. Worth mentioning it’s an apartment with two private suites and a common living room and varanda.

  Liked: Very good communication with the owner, very good breakfast. Spacious and clean room in a relatively new build block of flats. Has garage. The apartment had two bedrooms so we shared it with another couple, but it was quite ok. You can easily walk to the center but it's not very close.

  Perfect stay!

  Liked: Very kind staff, wonderful breakfast (choice of fresh pastries), toast, eggs, fruit, juice, coffee, yogurt. Free parking by the house, about a 30-minute walk to the center of Monopoli. We used Monopoli as a base for exploring southern Italy. Short distance to Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Bari, and Matera.

  So good!

  Liked: Location close to the water. Big room and bathroom. Nice balcony. Fantastic breakfast on the balcony. Lovely staff. Nice to have access to kitchen facilities. Close to restaurant.

  Disliked: The front door to the building doesn't always lock when it closes.

  Sound choice for a stay in Monopoli

  Liked: Communication prior to arrival allowed efficient entry to lodgings. Good sized, comfortable, well-furnished room. Cheerful, friendly welcome by hosts to an excellent breakfast with a range of fruits, pastries and cakes. Plentiful free-parking space in near vicinity. Good local restaurant just across the street.
