  Liked: We liked everything, the location is beyond perfect, the most beautiful swimming just a few steps away. The courtyard is charming with herbs planted, its colorful and so delightful. Breakfast was delivered in a basket to the front gate, fresh OJ, Espresso, Fresh pastries, something savory, everything delicious. Could not have been better, comfy room, plenty of space, outdoor shower, all the right things.

  Amazing stay, extremely nice people!

  Liked: Maria Teresa was super nice!! The breakfast is amazing, brought in a little basket that you can carry to the top of the building to have breakfast with a nice view!

  Idylic spot, a bracing walk into Mopnopoli, and an ideal base from which to explore Puglia

  Liked: Superb breakfast tailor made for us. eaten on the terrace overlooking the sea. A short walk to one of 3 beaches - we went for a cooling dip before breakfast was delivered.

  Disliked: It was super-hot - 38 degrees, and the aircon struggled a littlebut was welcome nontheless.

  Liked: - A very pleasant place to spend your free time. - Close to the center of Monopoli and beautiful beaches - parking

  Disliked: - Constant WhatsApp messages from the owner // a sense of lack of privacy - A ping-pong table in the middle of the beautiful patio instead of a table, in case of bad weather - A rather dark room, but of course, in the hot summer, this will be a huge plus - The price definitely doesn't match the quality

  Perfect

  Liked: It was incredible. We were in a large beautifully appointed villa and we didn’t see anyone. It was as though we had the place to ourselves. An easy walk to the beach. Private drive with electric gates. A stunning roof terrace to take breakfast and watch the sun rise over the sea.

  Friendly and cozy space, ideal to explore around the beautiful Pugliese coast

  Liked: Excellent location! Maria Teresa, the owner, was very friendly and put a lot of effort in every detail: from the beautiful decoration, to cater an individualised breakfast.

  Disliked: Everything was great! We wish we could have stayed more!
