  Perfect location, beautiful surroundings, in the heart of the old city

  Liked: The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old town, Beautiful. Just out of your front door into the quiet square, and only a one minute walk to some beautiful streets, wonderful restaurants and the picturesque harbour/ architecture. We needed a steam iron to iron clothes for a wedding, and the lady who runs the accommodation was very kind to deliver to this to us.

  Disliked: This property would be described as very small, but for us it was perfect for our needs. Because we needed to hire a car, parking was sometimes a bit difficult, especially not been able to get your baggage there and back to the car on check-in and checkout, without having to walk a fair distance. The room is in the centre of the ZTL zone, which is why it's so beautiful, but also a problem if you want to drive directly to your accommodation.

  Liked: The room is lovely! And it is strategically located in the heart of Monopoli so It is easy to move from there to the sea or any other location. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended

  Disliked: Having an additional window to open for changing air would have been very helpful but I don't really have any complaints. Overall, our staying was great!

  If you cannot sleep in loud environments and mind having bugs in the room, I wouldn’t recommend

  Liked: Location was central and the owner was a good lady. It looks “clean” in general in terms of towels, beddings etc.

  Disliked: It was super loud, and even we tried to close the windows, didn’t change anything. In the evening there were so many people in front of the apartment, screaming, loud music. Apparently it’s because of the bar in the corner. It kepts until 3 am or so? The room is really in the entrance, feels like staying right next to the street. Besides of that, we tried to reach the house owner several times before for earlier check-in (we spoke days before, she said she will let us know in the morning but no answers. Since check-in was 4 pm, we wanted to at least leave the suitcases but she said it was impossible. Thankfully after we waited more than an hour in front of the door she came around 3 pm and let us put the suitcases in. Thanks her for that. The room is really small, especially the toilet + shower. Even small for one person. Overall it was clean BUT before sleep I saw a cockroach moving around and it was the end for us🙃 somehow had to kill it with the spray but didn’t feel good. Saw another type of bug afterwards too. In shortly, couldn’t sleep at all.
