  We loved this place and the views!

  Liked: The location is fantastic. Beautiful seaviews and the short walk to Monopoli old centre is a really pleasant one, right alongside the ocean. On the other side of the appartment you can make beautiful coastline walks. The room is comfortable and has everything you need. Nicely decorated. Good bed (you have to like memory foam), nice batroom, shower and full length mirror. The host Pino listened to old reviews; there are plates and cutlery now and a dining table and 2 chairs. It was a bit cold end of oct and Pino brought us an extra blanket. There is a very small kitchen with small fridge and coffeemaker. Free water and wine as a gift, very thoughtful. Parking our SUV rental car for free was never a problem. We really enjoyed staying in this room!

  Disliked: The bubblebath… we are not sure if it is a plus yes or no. It took a long time to fill and another long time to start bubbling. Our room had a small step down, quite invisible, my husband misstepped and if you want to use the toilet at night, it’s very hard to see.

  Decent place to stay

  Liked: Nice balcony with a lovely view. Clean and comfortable Easy walk to the old town.

  Disliked: Spa in the room which meant there was a step in the bedroom area. This was hazardous during the night. The room was across the road from a coffee shop/restaurant that was open 7 days a week. At times it was quite noisy.

  Great property, just not now. A heads up about the construction would have been appreciated

  Liked: Host was great. Room was clean and a short walk to the center of town. The view was also lovely.

  Disliked: The noise was awful…trash trucks early in the am and jackhammering the patio bellow was brutal. We couldn’t even hear each other talk in the room with the door closed.
