  Liked: Very modern, well furnished, felt like a 5 star hotel. Good location, clean, comfortable. Very good comunication with the host. Spacious, comfortable beds, the bunked beds were very apreciated by my children.

  Liked: We were a group of 4. Host was very helpful, open to communication if anything needed. Check-in was very easy, host was plesant enough to let us stay 1-2h past check-out hour (check-out is at 11). Apartment is nice, cozy, two nice terraces in front of kitchen/bedroom. Location is ok, 10 minutes to the train station, 10-15 minutes to the old city. Neighbourhood was safe, didn't feel unsafe to walk the streets after around 9-10-11 PM. Bunk beds were so and so, not the best, not the worst. The upper bed creaks and might be noisy. Not the best sound isolated, noise might be a problem, every night there were bikes roaming around which you can clearly hear if you have open windows, a little bit if you close the windows. We had some noisy neighbours in the last day which we could clearly hear through the walls/ceiling, but it was not that big of a deal. Bathroom was ok regarding space with a decently large shower, also having a small "bench" on which you can sit in the shower. Working AC, we didn't need it turned on for more than 2-3 hours maximum. Spacious kitchen, although it didn't match the photos.

  Disliked: The kitchen was different than the one in the photos, there was advertised that it had a big sofa (large enough for 1 person), but we had 2 small chairs. But this might be because of multiple apartments with multiple photos, although it would be nice to know what apartment you are getting.

  We would definitely stay again

  Liked: The lovely, well appointed apartment was perfect for us. Francesco was an excellent host. We were 10 minutes from the center of the city and saw the sea from our balcony.

  Liked: Super clean and stylish property about 15 minutes walk to the old town. Parking wasn’t an issue as plenty of free street parking around the block. Friendly host. Two modern bathrooms is a bonus. It felt very safe. Comfy beds.

  Stunning apartment in a beautiful part of Monopoli

  Liked: The apartment was stunning, very tastefully decorated and comfortable for the 3 of us. The host Francesco was very helpful and responded promptly. In the newer part of Monopoli so quieter with a number of restaurants nearby, also 15 min walk to old town. Plenty of parking around.

  Disliked: Although stunning it lacked shelving especially in the bedrooms and bathrooms

  Wonderful apartment for a comfortable visit to Monopoli!

  Liked: Wonderful apartment! Clean, bright and spacious - the beds were really comfortable, great shower and cooking facilities and the two balconies gave extra space. Perfect size for us and our two young children, and being on the ground floor made access easy. Communication from the host was good from start to finish. We visited the little beach across the road most days and enjoyed having a supermarket so close by. The old town was an easy 10 minute walk away, as was the station, so the location was perfect too. We loved Monopoli and would definitely come back to this apartment next time we visit!
