  Excellent Department and communication with the manager!

  Liked: Very close to the train station, a couple of blocks from the historic center, very well decorated apartment and with everything you need for a couple of days! Excellent communication with the person in charge, he even recommended very good restaurants!!!

  Liked: Very spacious and could have accommodated more people. Expensive compared with our other accommodation on the trip. Great place to explore Monopoli. The staff were very responsive and helped us park the car.

  Disliked: The cost for 2 nights was high in comparison to other locations. Also paid extra to park in their underground car park.

  Perfect stay for anyone visiting Monopoli!

  Liked: The space was perfect walking distance from main tourist spots but far enough that it was less noisy. Matthew was super helpful during check-in greeting us and helping with our luggage and parking! Perfect spot for if you don’t want to eat out every meal since there is a kitchen available. Also was able to do a load of laundry after our beach days.

  Nice place well located. Short walk to center. Parking can be found in the streets

  Liked: Excellent A/C. Very well located. Grocery store nearby with a fruit and vegetable store across the street.

  Couldn’t stay there, extremely strong fragrance from cleaning products made it impossible

  Liked: Location.

  Disliked: Immediately upon entering the apartment there was an extremely strong fragrance smell. As someone who has allergies and asthma I could not be in the apartment for more than a few minutes. We opened all doors and windows and left for 2 hours. It was no better when we returned. We had no choice but to leave. We were told it was the cleaning products they used. They had no other properties available which is understandable but didn’t offer a refund. My eyes burned for the rest of the day and I had to take medicine. I hope they will discontinue their use of the fragrance. It was so intense. The other adult in my party also had issues and does not have allergies.
