  Clean, safe and central location

Liked: Close to the central rail station. Modern, clean & safe. Staff arranged a taxi to the airport and gave me a fixed price (€21)

Disliked: Evening "meal" was a pre-packed frozen lasagne that was simply heated in a microwave by the receptionist ☹️. Breakfast was extra and no kettle in the room

  Liked: Basic but clean

Disliked: In a very run down and delapudated part of Naples. No coffee /tea facilities in room and no customer service. Far too expensive and breakfast not includedin the price. Staff frosty and and unhelpful. Not a good place to arrive after travelling.
