Great stay and location for going to a Napoli game

Liked: Booked last minute and managed to have a room with a hot tub on the balcony - terrace which was a nice touch. We really enjoyed relaxing. Staff were great - very helpful. 10 minute walk from the Maradona Stadium so a perfect location - lots of shops / restaurants / bars nearby. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was good. 2 minutes from the metro to get you right into the centre of Naples.

Disliked: Very expensive for the one night but I did book last minute.

  Horrible

  Liked: Nothing

Disliked: Location was rubbish, access to spa was with a price even though we were paying customers, parking was a disaster, even though they knew we were coming we were left to wait for 20 mins outside, rooftop bar was never open and I found a hair in my breakfast

Best hotel staff team I’ve ever seen. First class!

Liked: The staff at the hotel are truly exceptional, right across every department - reception, housekeeping, food and beverage. We stayed a week for a work conference. Every person we met was just so friendly, helpful and kind, it really made the stay superb.

Disliked: Well located to university and stadium, 20 min train to centre.
