  Liked: The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the location was excellent.

  Disliked: We got wet a few times standing outside from the overflow pipes.

  Disliked: Very disappointed, the AC in the room didn't work properly, I could hear all my neighbors at night, I barely slept during the night..yes the location is good but at that price point I was expecting more from the hotel, it is very basic and probably need some refurbishment

  Convenient, clean hotel

  Liked: Was only here for a stopover for 1 night. Great position. Close to shops and the port which is a nicer part of Naples. Convenient for our needs.

  Disliked: The terrace bar was not open the night we were here. Whilst we were able to access the area, no service or staff were available to have a drink. Disappointing as the hotel advertises the area as being open till 11.00pm. We had come back to the hotel to have a drink after dinner and this was a disappointing end to the night.

  Excellent stay - very comfortable

  Liked: Great location. The staff where very helpful and friendly. I only stayed one night but it was perfect for my needs. Very close to the port so easy to catch a ferry. The room was clean and comfortable.

  Disliked: My only complaint is that even though there was a kettle available to make a tea or coffee there was no crockery just paper cups and the coffee I made was not drinkable.

  Perfect stay and very central to the city and port

  Liked: Very clean and comfortable rooms, the aircon was strong and much needed after the heat outside

  Disliked: It was perfect for our needs - the views from the breakfast area are fantastic though the breakfast was average. Would be good to open that area for dinner or at least drinks in the evening
