  Liked: The location is perfect, in a crowded area of town. The apartment is spatious. It is decorated very basic, but everything you need is there and it is perfectly clean. Great accomodation for exploring Naples for a few days!

  Disliked: There's not much boiler capacity, and thus very little warm water for showering.

  EXTREMELY LOUD AND NOISY

  Liked: Apartment is good, it is the outside noise which affects the comfort of staying in it.,

  Disliked: 1. Extremely loud noise from the bar downstairs. The noise starts around noon and continues at full volume for approximately 12 hours every day. This is not typical background bar music—it feels more like a live concert. Additionally there is the person with a whistle attracting attention of people walking by. After just 30 minutes, the noise becomes overwhelming and makes you want to leave. Not recommended for anyone seeking a comfortable or relaxing stay. The owner suggested using earplugs, which is not a practical solution when you come to relax in the apartment, but you can't even talk to each other. 2. Rude and unresponsive owner. We asked the owner several times to discuss this issue with Booking.com, but our requests were completely ignored. Instead of addressing the problem, the owner repeatedly downplayed it and stopped communicating. At the end we were told that if we did not like the noise in downtown Naples, we should "go to the mountains and listen to the birds." 3. Steep and narrow staircase. The staircase is difficult to navigate and may be unsafe for elderly guests. Carrying heavy luggage up and down the stairs is particularly challenging. 4. Poor communication. We were instructed to dispose of our rubbish but were not given any information about where to take it, leaving guests to figure it out themselves. Communication regarding the city tax was also vague and untimely. In the end, Booking.com provided us with a partial refund due to the significant issues we experienced during our stay. STAY NOT RECOMMENDED!

  comfortable stay in a convenient location

  Liked: The bedrooms were large and comfortable, the bathroom was nice and the water ran very hot. Location was very central.

  Disliked: The street outside was very lively- I was fine with ear plugs but would have struggled without. We don’t have much luggage so was fine going up and down the three flights of stairs, but it would be difficult with heavy luggage. Had to plug the kettle in in the bedroom because couldn’t find another socket the pins fit in. All of these things have been mentioned in other reviews so we expected them.
