Liked: Great hostel, a nice place to spend some time with a wonderful terrace. Lots of amenities; it’s well-maintained and clean. I'd come back.

Disliked: Some metal luggage boxes can be very loud

Liked: 24 hr reception and bar. Everything was clean.

Disliked: Weird beer selection, outside noise was all night long and they ran out of padlocks. The code after midnight didn't work for a lot of people, the fact you were given a back up code means they're aware of it.

Staff is very kind, and also is good to have a late check out to keep doing tourism during the day. they have good disposition to keep your laugage despite the check out in the morning

Disliked: anything. It was so good that I went to another city and came back to Napoli to the same hostel

Liked: The hostel is in a very good neighborhood and the common area is very nice. It's a very sociable hostel, and it is extremely easy to meet people in the common area. Also, Malia, you were the best barista!

Disliked: A guy in my room snoring extremely loudly (though that's not a downside of the hostel itself)
