  Liked: The staff and the owner were lovely, they were very very kind and helpful. The apartment was every day cleaned and refilled. The breakfast was also great, fresh and completely enough.

  Good for a quick stay or stepping stone to another city

  Liked: Overall, Palazzo Bevilacqua Napoli B&B was good - we only stayed for one night. There was a bit of a language barrier, but my Italian did prove to be helpful. The B&B is in a busier part of Naples and there was always activity just outside. The property is a short walk to Napoli Centrale, and to local shopping and general exploring. The building did have a lift.

  Disliked: Most of my family left super early and did not partake in the breakfast. My husband was flying out that day and witnessed a disagreement between the owners. The airport transport appeared to have fallen through since communication ceased/was non-existent that morning and he ended up having to get his own Uber to the airport.

  Very quiet, comfortable stay in the heart of Napoli

  Liked: Luigi was a fabulous host, whose love of Napoli was infectious. He sourced a different pastry every day, a different specialty from a different bakery. The location was very convenient and came with a lift which is always welcome. I am a very light sleeper and I must say, I had the best sleep I’ve ever had in Italy. It was so quiet for such a busy city, the air con. Was quiet and worked really well. If I had any questions during the day, I got a prompt response on WhatsApp. We would definitely stay here again.

  Disliked: In the breakfast room there was a fridge, and I think a kettle. The addition of some teabags, mugs and spoons, perhaps a coffee machine would have made this a perfect stay for the guests.
