  Quiet but far from downtown

  Liked: Good and easily accessible location, close to the city center (10 -15 minutes walk), parking space always available (September), large & clean apartment.

  Liked: This property cancelled my booking 1 DAY before my arrival. They said they were overbooked and I had to book for much expensive prices. Please, everybody, go away, RUN!

  Liked: Perfect city location for shorter or longer stay. Easy to access, very spacious and well equipped. Easy check-in/out. Can find car parking near the flat. Very friendly host.

  Perfect for a sleepover

  Liked: We got upgraded to the one-bedroom apartment which was very nice, then we could cook breakfast in the morning. Kitchen was complete. Bathroom was good, but the shower is tiny (all over sardegna). There was always parking around. We only stayed for a day on our way to the North, so it was worthy.

  Disliked: We didnt enjoy the garden but looked cute. Bed was uncomfortable.

  Clean and quiet unit with good oarking

  Liked: Our host Anastasia was very accommodating and a good communicator. There was plenty of parking outside the units. There was a good cafe and nice restaurants scattered around the area.

  Disliked: The units were quite a distance from the main town area though public transport was available. Once you leave the immediate town Olbian streets deteriorate in cleanliness. We booked 2x1 bedroom Units and while there has been an attempt to modernise them in the bathroom there is still work that needs to be done to give them a better rating.
