  Very friendly staff and great service

  Liked: Very friendly staff. Well maintained property even though it’s not a modern looking. However excellent value for money. Get around to city centre with a 15min cab ride.

  Disliked: Showers are too small though the overall bathrooms are very very spacious.

  Very unfortunate experience

  Liked: Just a place to stay, no tea or coffee or a kettle.

  Disliked: Breakfast was not what was said in the menu, I was traveling with my little daughter. Specifically asked via message for breakfast choice. Most of the items missing. The staff in the breakfast are was not friendly, almost flet like No mention about the city tax until you go to the property.

  It was a terrible experience. I had 3 kids with me and a special needs child. They were very unaccommodating!

  Liked: The property is just average

  Disliked: The entrance to property is steep and not safe for kids and elderly. Room is not cleaned for 3 days and when asked they said it’s there policy or else you pay. They are not kids and special needs inclusive. They have the worst staff ever! They never smiled and they forcefully took an apple from a 3year old child saying she took 2 apples instead of one! Terrible! It was a nightmare! I can go on and on. Avoid this place!

  Liked: It was in an okay location

  Disliked: The accessibility in the bathroom wasn’t the best the toilet seat was easy to come off?! ( it needs a proper wet room for genuine disabled guests ( someone that needs full care and is permanently in a wheelchair)
