Good
Disliked: TV did not work
It does the job when you need a roof over your head short notice
Liked: Super friendly staff and amazing location plus a big TV with Netflix on it. All in all it was okay, just not as good as expected.
Disliked: It wasn't that clean and there were a lot of things "missing" in the room. You couldn't turn the ventilation in the bathroom on separately from the light and the ventilation was very loud and not working properly. The fridge was for some reason running hot and emitted a very weird smell. And there were no chairs or real possibilities to put your things. I also expected something different from the "balcony" and the "city view".
Liked: The location is good
Disliked: Shower didn’t have hot water, one of the shower doors was just gone and the toilet had running water all night long
Liked: Clean, comfortable, staff was super friendly. Mini fridge that I could use. Location very close to Prato della Valle. Felt safe.
Disliked: The shower didn’t have a proper temperature, either super hot or super cold
Nice play to stay but check that water situation and mattress protector
Liked: Great location in a residential street, near the main Prato de Valle big square. Comfortable room
Disliked: There was no mattress protector - that is not very hygienic. The shower is basically the floor with 2 screens that pop out, but everything is covered in water. Also more importantly, the hot water does not come through for at least 15 minutes - no one told me upon checkin…… it’s kind of important information to know!!! I got a cold due to having to have a cold shower as I was getting ready to leave and had no time to get dressed and run down to complain! This is NOT GOOD. A real pity. Also they charge €10 for a breakfast - quite frankly they could give a coffee and a croissant surely included in the price?
