  Disliked: empty cabinets in the kitchen with only a few things to cook. very unclean place full of hair etc. i had to clean when i got there. very dangerous stairs for kids - should be mentioned in the details of the property. no wifi available while it is mentioned that it is available in the description. as soon as you use the dishwasher and the washing machine electricity cuts off. surcharge in bed sheet and linen when the owner of the property mentioned it will be available for free. cleaning fees overpriced when you have to clean yourself when you get in. taxes were already paid straight to the owner and charged again which im still waiting for a response.

  Nice beach house feel with room to improve

  Liked: Location in Palau, great pool, nicely decorated beach house feel, easy parking, air conditioning.

  Disliked: The bedrooms are partially souterrain which requires walking down a steep spiral staircase. The master bedroom had a musky smell and furniture is dated. Kitchen equipment needs updating. No water boiler. As mentioned by the owner there is no or limited wifi - also cellular network is weak in the area.
