Fabulous
Cuore et cena fantastico
Liked: Luisa is a wonderful host and a phantastic cook. Make sure you eat there.

Bad experience
Disliked: We were disappointed. There are many objections. We didn't get the key to the room, there are other people's things in the cupboards, there is no TV (and it said there is). In the room, it feels like cooking from the kitchen downstairs. All in all, a bad experience.
Charming old B&B
Liked: We loved the location and it was a reasonable taxi ride to City Center. We wanted something charming and that is what we found. The facilities appeared to be an old family home. It was very cozy. Breakfast was included which was good since restaurants were a 10-15 minute walk. Our host was gracious and so sweet. One thing to know is that she speaks Italian and French. We used an internet translator which sufficed. We'd stay there again.
Disliked: Beds were clean but old and not so comfy. Surprisingly, we still slept well.
The villa is beyond a treat. Louisa is the best host I have ever had the pleasure of meeting
Liked: As posted by previous others; the breakfast was stellar. Truly a pleasure to be treated to such a thoutfll selection of wonderful everything.
Disliked: There is nothing but good to report. The host has thought of everything anyone could possible need.
Unable to check in so went elsewhere
Liked: The staff were not available at check in time to let me in, I waited an hour and then left.
Disliked: The staff not answering the doorbell, ignoring messages on the app and not answering the phone. It’s not good enough.
Pleasant surprise of friendly hospitality in Parma!
Liked: We arrived in Parma with a open mind. We had no idea what to expect after booking the B&B la Bugia di Villa Tanza for our one whole day, and two nights stay. We were very pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and kindness of our host Louisa. The stay in tho old mansion was a voyage back in time. After a hearty walk to and from Parma centre (9km walk) Louisa treated us to some typical Italian snacks and a lovely chat about living in Italy with all its charms. Of course we talked about food. Louisa is an excellent certified Chef! So much different than booking a hotel room. This difference is the reason why we will always choose a B&B over a hotel room. Thank you Louisa, until we meet again. Richard and Alex
Disliked: There is nothing to dislike if you like B&B’s in building with a history instead of brand new hotel rooms.
