Exceptional
Liked: A lovely hotel right in the city center. Very well equiped appartment, helpful and friendly staff and abundant breakfast.
Disliked: The logistics at the breakfast was very bad - slow, misding and confuding orders. Usually took us an hour to an hour and half to have breakfast. Had to re-order stuff every morning, to get what we asked for in the first place.
For a group, this is THE place to go
Liked: What a wonderful and friendly staff! We were a group of 9 people, and I know we were probably a little loud at times. Thank you so much for being so patient with us. The two 3-bedroom apartments were connected by a small terrace, which was perfect for our group. I would book here again in a heartbeat.
Disliked: It's practically impossible to write anything negative.
Liked: Location is so atmospheric

Most central location and hotel with character!
Liked: Location is fantastic—next to Duomo and walkable to everywhere. The building is a unique palazzo with individualized rooms. Lovely details, comfortable bed, Italian towels and bedding. Our room was on the small side but the price was right and everything functioned well. Definitely recommend this hotel!
Disliked: Only one window in the room! But lighting was great and smart use of mirrors. This hotel has character!
Classy vintage feel stay in a beautiful historic city center with great staff
Liked: The location is amazing and there was a man playing the accordion below our window around 7-8 pm every night, it was so romantic and such a beautiful and easy location to get around to everything. I loved the fun vintage decor and there were elevators for our giant American suitcases. The staff was always very helpful and professional, shout out to Megan:) and the cleaning staff was really quick, one day we went to grab coffee around the corner, came back and our room was clean. It was impressive.
Disliked: I wouldn’t recommend bringing a car under any circumstances. You have to drive through ZTLs, areas that are city centers and just for pedestrians. It was very hectic to drive thru all the people walking and the restaurants with chairs set up in the “road” or walkway, very tight for a car to get around. Lots of one way streets and then once you get there the parking is tricky to find. The staff gave great directions but even a cop pulled us over to be like why are you here driving around? He let us go when we told him our hotel name, he understood but that’s how few cars are allowed to drive around here. So not hotels fault at all but I would definitely ditch your car! The train is so easy from here and can take you anywhere
