Very good
Liked: Good location, comfortable bed and good breakfast
Disliked: No air conditioning as advertised, and our window did not open. The hotel is a bit run down

Liked: Close to city center and ease of outdoor parking.
Disliked: The shower was scary. The floor was like ice. You could barely move in the shower. You have to hang on to the safety bar at all times.

Liked: The hotel was very clean. Air conditioning worked great. Great location to see the downtown area. Staff was very helpful.
Close to historic district of Parma; parking
Liked: Happy to have a bit of AC given the extremely hot outdoor temperature. Lobby was much cooler than our room, but we could at least sleep. 24-hour front desk and friendly staff.
Disliked: WiFi wasn't strong enough for a laptop in our room. There is no access to the parking garage through the hotel. You need to exit the hotel and walk around the building to enter the garage. The parking spots in front of the hotel provide easier access.
Liked: Everything Close to the city center, good breakfast, you can always drink coffee, very clean, friendly staff
