Guest reviews
Very good
It is located in town which was helpful however it is very noisy and the rooms are pretty depressing
Liked: The room was terrible. It was cold, stark, very loud as it faces the courtyard where many party all night long. no coffee or tea in the room, not a big amenity but nice when you wake up before the coffee shops are open.
Disliked: The young girl at the front desk was helpful and very nice.
Great location rooms need renovating
Liked: Location and breakfast
Disliked: The room decor and furnishings look like from 1970/80 and bathroom decor is almost fashionable again. The downstairs is updated now still to remain the room please.
We had a pleasant time, a restful break
Liked: Location excellent, room large staff professional in daily cleaning and breakfast enjoyable.Would recommend to friends and family, regards John
Liked: Lovely traditional hotel in the centre of Parma. Very clean and very nice breakfast.
Great location at a reasonable price
Liked: Location was excellent and lobby was cute! Staff at reception were very helpful.
Disliked: Noise of street cleaning was tough at 6am! Breakfast was limited.
A very central and nice hotel but little old…
Liked: Very good breakfast It was a little to small breakfastroom, people are waiting for a place to sit down and eat. Very nice and friendly staff.
Disliked: The shower in the room vas terrible, very slippery and no handshower. Very hard pillows in the bed…
